Come to our performance of Bachianas Brasileiras Number 5 composed by Heitor Villa-Lobos

My name is Don Larson and I am a cello teacher located in Shoreline, Washington. My students and I will be performing the Bachianas Brasileiras Number 5, composed by Heitor Villa-Lobos for eight cellos and soprano. Soprano Clarice Alfonso of the Seattle Opera has agreed to sing with the cello octet on November 17^th.

The concert begins at 7:00 PM at the Good Shepherd Performance Center (The Chapel), located at 4649 Sunnyside Ave N. Other works performed are the Dvořák Cello Concerto (1^st movement), The Schumann Cello Concerto (3^rd movement), Kol Nedrei by Max Bruch, and the Locatelli Cello Sonata.
